Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of ettradingvip.com and the ET Trading membership (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Emile Tenn, trading as ET Trading, in Lebanon (“ET Trading”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclaimer and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In short: ET Trading is an educational trading community. Nothing we publish is financial advice, trading Gold and Forex can lose you money, your membership is for you alone, and you must not share members-only content outside ET Trading.

1. Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live.
  • You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • Access is by approval. We may accept or decline any request, at our discretion.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that using a trading education service and trading financial instruments is legal in your country.

2. Your account

  • One account is for one person. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your membership.
  • Keep your password secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Memberships, prices and payment

  • The paid plans are monthly memberships (currently VIP and VIP Funded). Prices are shown when you join and confirmed by ET Trading before approval. The VIP Funded plan may have a different first-month price.
  • Payment is made in advance for each monthly period by the methods we accept (currently cash, Whish or USDT). A membership is active once ET Trading has recorded your payment.
  • Each membership renews on the same day every month. If a renewal payment is not recorded by the renewal date, you have a 5-day grace period, after which access pauses until payment is recorded.
  • You can stop renewing at any time by telling us before your next renewal date. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We may change prices for future periods. We will tell existing members before a new price applies to them.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Free trial and Marketing team access

  • A free trial, when offered, gives access for the number of days shown at sign-up, starting when we approve you. It ends automatically; it does not turn into a paid membership unless you choose a plan and pay.
  • Free trials are limited to one per person. Some features (for example ET Rewards) may not be available during a trial.
  • Marketing team access is granted by ET Trading at its discretion and can be ended at any time.

5. Content and confidentiality

  • All content on the Service, including trade ideas, entries, stop losses and take profits, analyses, Academy lessons, videos, charts, text, logos and the ET Trading name, belongs to ET Trading or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
  • We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the content for your own education while your membership is active.
  • You must not copy, screenshot for distribution, resell, forward, publish or share members-only content (including signals) with anyone outside ET Trading, in any group, channel or website, without our written permission.
  • Breaking this section is a serious breach. We may end your membership immediately without refund.

6. Community, journal and your content

  • You keep ownership of what you post (for example community posts, comments, journal entries and challenge submissions). You give ET Trading a licence to host and display it within the Service so the features work.
  • Community posts and comments are visible to other members. Your journal is private to you; the ET Trading admin can access it only to run and support the Service.
  • Be respectful. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, or anything that promotes other paid services, scams, “account management” offers or referral links without permission. Do not share other people’s personal information.
  • Do not give other members personalised investment advice or ask them for money.
  • We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

7. ET Identity, points, rewards and referrals

  • ET Points, levels, badges and rewards are a loyalty programme. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not a payment method except for redeeming rewards inside ET Trading.
  • We set and may change the point rules, levels, badges, rewards, stock and challenge rules at any time. We may correct points awarded by mistake and cancel points or redemptions obtained by abuse or fraud.
  • Referral points are awarded only for genuine new members who join and pay. Self-referrals and fake accounts are not allowed.
  • Your public member profile is off unless you turn it on. You can turn it off at any time.

8. Not financial advice, and no guarantees

ET Trading provides education and information only. We are not a broker, a bank, an investment adviser, a portfolio manager or a prop firm, and we do not hold or manage anyone’s money. Trade ideas are general and do not take into account your situation. Every decision to trade, and its result, is yours alone. Past results, including those on our track record page, do not guarantee future results. Please read the Risk Disclaimer.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Trades, levels, news, prices, charts and notifications may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and third-party services (for example chart widgets, e-mail or phone notifications) may fail. Do not rely on a notification arriving on time to manage a trade.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ET Trading is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, do not pay, misuse the Service, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end the Service for reasons not caused by you, we will refund the unused part of a period you have already paid for.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page and, for important changes, tell members by e-mail or notification. If you continue to use the Service after the changes apply, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Beirut, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
